If you’ve watched our latest Podcast, “Welcome to Get in the Cashflow Game,” you may have noticed something slightly different. That’s right, we are no longer, “Value Add with K&K.” While we thank you all for your continued support and for watching our Podcasts, we have officially decided to rebrand. Although we are passionate about many things, we felt it was time to focus our efforts specifically on real estate and cash flow – hence our new Podcast name, “Get in the Cash Flow Game!”

The Rebrand: What’s New?

 It’s simple! We wanted to give our viewers something fresh as it relates to cash flow. Our decision to rebrand allows us the opportunity to stick with something that we are passionate about, which is helping others “get off the sidelines and get in the game!” For our clients who are wanting to invest in real estate and make the transition from residential to apartments, we tell them this all the time. At some point, you have to get in the game – which will eventually shift your mindset, along with the conversations that you have as it relates to buying deals.  However, we know that “getting in the game” is probably easier said than done, especially when you don’t know how to get started, or where to find the necessary resources. Fortunately for you, you’ve come to the right place – K&K has got you covered!

We understand the importance of valuable information and actionable advice. Our specifically focused Podcasts will cover topics like creating housing and providing housing for people, investing in residential, multi-family real estate, and helping others essentially build a retirement plan from investments.

Rebranding Our Business Begins with Rebranding Ourselves

 Growing our brand starts with growing ourselves as real estate investors, and in doing so, we have to shift our mindset as well. While 2020 was better than 2019, we anticipate 2021 to be better than 2020 – the market’s great, rates are low, and people want to buy. The goal for 2021 is continued growth – learning from others and receiving guidance to ensure that things are being done the right way. As investors, we hold a high level to the people that we want to help and serve, and being coached along the way will help us effectively execute a plan and put our best foot forward, not only for ourselves but also for all of you.

Throughout our Podcast journey, we have learned a lot about branding and how Podcasts can help reach a lot of people. With that said, we are ultra-focused on growing our brand and getting in front of more people – spending that time answering questions and having conversations about real estate. Our goal is to educate, and while having those conversations is an important aspect of that, we have also decided to develop a more in-depth program for individuals who desire to grow and generate cash flow for themselves.

Our Future Guests

Let’s face it, every now and then, you want to see some new faces on our Podcasts, and while K&K has experience with syndicating, raising money, and investing in bigger deals, we don’t know everything, which is why we welcome guests to be a part of our Podcast. In the future, you can expect to hear and get advice from others in the industry, such as certified public accountants, appraisers, syndicators, real estate investors, property managers, and lenders, so stay tuned, and come ready to learn!

Looking Ahead at Our Next Podcast Episode

 In our next Podcast episode, we will be discussing what writing your first deal looks like and how to get pre-qualified. Oftentimes, real estate agents and/or commercial brokers refer first-time buyers to us who are looking to buy an investment property. This episode will touch on those major key points, and essentially provide what to do, step-by-step.

No two journeys are the same – we have all taken different paths to get to where we are today. However, at some point on our journey, we were given valuable advice from someone else in the industry who helped shape our progression in some way. With that said, even if you’re an experienced investor, we feel that you can still benefit from our next Podcast. This Podcast may help reiterate some of those things that you’ve forgotten about or even provide you with valuable advice to handle a situation, in which you have not yet experienced, at this stage in your career.

Remember the goal for 2021 is GROWTH – (g)enerating multiple streams of income, (r)esults-driven, (o)pportunities to invest, (w)inning, (t)eamwork, and (h)oning your skills! There is no time like the present to “get off the sidelines and get in the game,” but that shift has to start with you. We’re excited about the future and “getting in the cashflow game,” and we hope that you are too!
